The Organizers believe most companies share our view that the recognition the industry receives from institutions and governing bodies is disproportional to the social importance of our industry.
In addiction to this the low professional standards of some of the people operating in this business must be fulfilled to avoid that the damages made affect the entire industry and more generally the society itself.

From the Italian two days meeting a few short term initiatives may take place:

1. Establishment of a stable structure for coordination between all the European associations, businesses and technicians. The objectives and the organizational form may be defined by the working group.

2. Open an in-depth forum to suggest matters to be included in the European regulations.

3. Work on a voluntary European standard technique to identify the correct procedures for the design and construction of water wells.
